$500 gaming laptop?

A friend of mine wants a gaming laptop but only has $500 to spend. Is there anything with a Ryzen 4000 APU or a refurb laptop with a GTX 1650 in that price range?

 

The only one I've found with a 1650 is a Dell G3 3590...
