You didn’t mention that well have you tried another account? Or pressing ESC

said he reinstalled it. Maybe try windows repair tool, doubt it working though

He said he reinstalled so it can’t be the game could be a general game issue but not his copy, windows can also be at fault who knows even a bad HDD can cause it
