Is there a way to connect a graphics card to your laptop?

If it is possible, i'd like to connect it without taking out the wifi card or opening up the laptop. I just wanted to know if it is possible to connect it using one of the ports on the outside of the laptop, thanks!

If you don't have a thunderbolt port or an (ancient) ExpressCard slot, then the answer is no.
