Just installed an NVME and nothing is working

So my pc ran fine, but the SSD was dying. I ordered an NVME and installed it.

Nothing.

My keyboard lights up, my mouse doesn't, all the fans spin and lights light up.

Did I break something or what?

I have fixed it, took the whole pc apart and put together one peice at a time
