My friends hear my game and my music when the volume is at 100

So i have a problem with my G432 headset, since i have them my friends told me that they hear my game or music and they hear it too loud, they are tired of that and me to, can someone help me?

Generally, turn down the volume of your headset, or try lowering the sensitivity of your microphone

i dont think that is the mic because one time i was muted and they hear my game but i'll try, thanks
