how do i check my ram speed?

i have a 3200 mhz memory but on geekbench it says its running at lower than 1600 , how do i check it?

you can check in the bios usually, or you can use a monitor program. hwinfo or cpuz will show ram speed, and a lot of other useful info.

Memory runs at "double data rate" (DDR), so if it's 1600 it's actually 3200. Usually it'll be something like 1599 but it's close enough not to matter.
