Hello everyone,

I built a new pc for casual gaming , I wont overclock anything and wont do crazy stuff with the pc , its just casual use.

built url

I need a non modular PSU , its needs to be good because I cant afford any of my specs to get toasted .

Do  I need a gold one or bronze is enough with non overclock ?

Why non-modular? Just curious, as many of the higher quality units are modular after all.

Gold or Bronze is not an indication of quality. Having said that, a good 550W+ would work fine.

You would want something form Tier B or Tier A.

A Be Quiet Pure Power 11 would for example work.

My country doesnt has anything from Be Quiet , about the non modular topic , I am under a budget and I need to cut some money off , considering my case has that «box» below to hide some cables and I dont care a lot about looks but performance  ,yeah non modular is the best.

Whats the big difference between both of them , the gold and bronze , and which one should I pick.

What store will you be buying from and what would the budget be? That's probably the easiest  way to find a PSU.

You should see a modular PSU as 'nice to have', but it would not be wise to automatically dismiss any modular PSU.

Gold or bronze ?

Can you give us a budget and a link to a webstore?

Many PSU models are available in modular form only too, as many people desire them.

But we can't really tell you what to buy if we don't know the stock in your country.

If you, really, really don't have the money:

https://www.pcdiga.com/fonte-de-alimentac-o-seasonic-s12iii-series-550w-80plus-bronze - would not recommend unless absolutely needed

Everything else decent under 70 euro is out of stock.

Gold power supplies are more power saving, reducing heat waste when converting from AC to DC.
