ram usage at 100 procent for no reason

so i have always had issues with my ram since i first build my pc.

my ram was slowly dying so i bought me a new pair of ram sticks

i now got 2x8 16 gb ram in my pc

for some reason the ram usage goes higher and higher and eventually it ends up being at 99-100 procent usage for no reason

when i restart the pc it goes away most of the time

how can i stop this from happening?

Try virus scan or reinstall

Reminder⚠️

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%

Please try searching up the answer before you post here but I am always glad to help

Open your task manager, sort by memory usage, and the program using up your memory should show up in the top of the list (unless it is especially devious)

That's interesting. Do you have like a million unknown processes that use just a little RAM?

Hold down CTRL and Shift keys and press the escape button, that should open task manager then sort by ram.

for the antivirus just search windows security (press windows button and type windows security) and scan from there

it probably isn't helping that you have uplay/steam/razer synapse running in the background.

Enough to add up to 89% of your RAM used?
