it's not a standard thing, so i doubt you can find one

looks like your case should come with one, but didnt?

 

you need not cover the hole though, unless it's an aesthetics thing, or things are crawling inside

Older case pc sleeper build.  Want to find a bracket or put tape over it to have some air pressure.

find a random case with the same color and cut a piece out of it

It's custom to every case, you could find the same case and transplant it but it seems like a lot of work for little benefit.
