clicking sound from AIO

I'm using Corsair H100i RGB platinum AIO and since beginning I'm noticing that some weird clicking sound is coming from water pump. Is it normal or is there any problem?

The clicking is likely the impeller or air bubbles. If it's particularly loud it may be a bad sign that the impeller has a manufacturing defect. If it sounds kind of like falling sand then that's air bubbles. You can change the orientation of the radiator to collect the bubbles so it stops cycling them through the pump.

Temps. are normal. And sound only comes when the cpu is on idle state.

What is your pump temp and speed setting in iCUE?  How about temps under load?  Ticking can be cause by air bubbles, so a pic of how you have the pump mounted might point out some ideas what could be causing it.
