I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Depending on your local prices and stocks.
But top recomendation to get most bang for your buck it's (Using this prices as reference):
1650 Super ($160) > RX 590 ($160) > RX 580 ($150) > 1660 Super ($230) or 1660 ($210).
If you plan to stream GTX it's wiser option. If not, both are pretty good options.
All these will be around x2~3 performance increase from your 750 ti

gtx1660=rx 580

gtx 1060 3gb =rx 570

No not really, this was built by someone else for me at my mom's workplace (was built for me in 2018, I was 15/16). So I don't have all the info about the machine. But I guess I could find out for you?

if its a unknown unit then i'd highly suggest updrading that as well.

Well the best that you can get is either a 5500xt which goes for around 170-80ish bucks or a 580 or a 1650 super. 

Without knowing the PSU though. If it doesn't have a pcie cable, the 1650 is the best this. But again, if you can check the PSU. That would he great.

Open your case and take a photo of the sticker on the PSU itself all the needed details are there
