Need a power supply recommendation

I need a power supply recommendation for a system that uses a Ryzen 3 3100 and a Radon RX 5700XT. I've looked at the power supply tier list and it said to make a new thread if I'm looking for recommendations. I originally bought a Thermaltake Smart 600W but I've heard they're bad so I'm looking for a different unit. The requirements for said unit are simply 1. It has to be capable to reliably power the system (duh) 2. It HAS to be in stock a reputable online retailer (links would be appreciated), and 3. It has to be less than $60 not including shipping. Yes. That would be perfect actually. I've used tons of corsair units in the past, along with others on Newegg but couldn't find any that weren't on backorder.

Well, he made a not so smart choice by powering it with a Smart psu(he just wanted to get rid of it), OP was building the pc for someone. So now he needs to bite the bullet a buy something with his own money to avoid potential family problems, which isnt worth much money tbh.
