Can i use a molex to 8 pin to power my lga 1151 core i5 cpu ?

i wouldn't do it, why though? does your psu not have an 8 pin eps?
what board? and if the board has double 8 pin eps, then you only need a single 8 pin, as it can provide 384w easily, and the extra one is used for heavy ln2 overclocking, which with ambient, you wont be able to do anyways.

What PSU doesn't have an EPS connector? Unless it's a non-standard OEM unit, but either way, just get a proper power supply.
