My confused Ryzen 3900XT

So I decided to upgrade from a Ryzen 3600 to the newly released 3900XT. I fired up Cinebench and noticed my scores weren't even close to everyone else, then I noticed it thinks I have a 6C/12 thread part. I've updated chipset, BIOS, Ryzen Master, etc etc and same thing. Any ideas from the brain trust on what's going on here?

Go to File at top left and click "preferences" from drop down.

Set the number of threads you want to run and enjoy.

Edit:

Go to directory where installed and delete the log files

I've tried all that, and the score is the same. That 2nd screenshot is from msinfo, as it appears even windows thinks its a 6C/12T part. I'm at a loss...

Walmart.com. Appears to have come direct from the factory. The box and CPU are labeled properly.
