Well it's a budget device, every YouTuber will recommend and variant,but it is a budget, doing expect crazy performance. I m asking so that I will maybe recommend another

Neither. You need a Ryzen 5 4500U minimum. You can forget about every intel CPU in that price range as they are extremely shit compared to the 4500Y

To give you an idea, both the i5 and Ryzen 5 3500U you are looking at are slower than a Ryzen 3 4300U
