Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

It has nothing to do with AMD, it has everything to do with the thermal cooling design on the laptop.  We have not seen a top tier Ryzen laptop yet.  We only see low bracket slapped together junk.

The first of many I hope.  I am looking for one with a 3070, but I would prefer it not to be Omen, but its the only choice as of now.   Just checked, its not flagship.  It only comes with a 1660 Ti.

Yes, but they are still in inadequate builds.  Slow board soldered ram, one fan, etc.  They are not flagship models.  Imagine how much better it would be if they were put in more flagship gaming laptop designs.
