10700k only support 2933 so should i go with 3200Mhz or 2933 MHZ ?

3200MHz isn't guaranteed to work, but it almost always will. If you don't intend to Overclock anyway, then just go for whats cheaper, which in this case should be the 2933Mhz RAM.

Doesn't make a huge difference for most things. Strictly speaking if you did run ram at 3200 that would be considered an overclock of sorts, because it is running above the official support of the CPU.

Technically 3200 is an overclock 

But you'll most likely achieve it. 

Either way the difference between 2933 and 3200 is negligible.

The 10700K can run much faster memory than 2933MHz (with the caveat that you're on Z490), it's just that anything over that is considered an overclock by Intel, even if it's just the XMP profile.

Between 3200 CL16 and 2933 CL15, the 3200 kit has very slightly lower latency, so that'd be the better out of the two. For a 10700K though I'd really get some faster memory.

 

What will you be using the PC for? If you're just gaming, the 10600K offers pretty much all of what the 10700K does at a lower cost.

By default those would run at 2133mhz and you will have to enable XMP in the BIOS to run them at those rated speeds ie. 2933 or 3200mhz. 

That is technically OC too and if you don't wish to overclock the CPU and haven't brought it yet save your money by going for the 10700 non k variant or else a Ryzen 3700x should be a viable option too with better upgrade path then Intel.

Most 3200mhz kits should work with the 10700k though infact my own CPU supports only 2933mhz but I'm running re 3200mhz C16 sticks too.
