USB Ports (all of them) Randomly Disconnecting and Reconnecting continued

I have tried all the ways I know of and from the sources I have used, I reinstalled the drivers, turn off the mode to save power, and more things I forgot about. If anyone knows whats going on, please help me, I am VERY desperate right now. (I don't have the money for an expansion card for USB; Both the IO Ports and Motherboard Ports.) If anyone needs my PSU, Storage and Motherboard it is the Corsair CX750M PSU, WD Blue 1TB HDD, Samsung 860 Evo 1TB, and MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max AM4.

I had this issue a long time ago, never figured it out fully. It did seem to go away when I got a new motherboard, so it MAY be that. Take this with a grain of salt, wait for other people to give feedback.

Would also suspect faulty mobo.

I just got the motherboard like 3 months ago, so it shouldn't be damaged unless if MSI made it faulty. Or if Amazon screwed with it.

Things sometimes fail, that's why there's a warranty.

How long does it last? I am in the middle of something right now.

Can't tell you that since it depends on your seller, country etc...

You need to check on your order/purchase receipt/seller T&Cs...

I looked at a review on Amazon about their warranty and this is the review: The DIMMA1 and DIMMA2 slots on this mobo do not work. In fact, any RAM plugged into either of these slots causes the system to fail to boot at all. B1 and B2 work fine, assuming I do NOT have anything plugged into an A slot, but then I'm ruining unoptimized. Also, I can run only 2/4 of my RAM sticks at a time.
Otherwise works fine. It's a decent gaming mobo for the price, if it all worked properly.
Waiting to hear back from tech support, as they aren't 24/7. Will update this review if the situation changes.
UPDATE: Amazon support us is blaming MSI. MSI support is blaming Amazon. I've been going back and forth with customer service for months. End result is that I'd have to pay like $20 shipping to MSI, $50 service fee just for them to test and confirm the problem (despite new product warranty)(if they determine the problem is user caused instead of manufacturing defect they keep my money and won't fix/replace it; I'd have to buy a new mobo or basically pay a whole new mobo to have it fixed), and like $20 shipping back. I'm not spending ~$90 out of pocket to get what I paid for properly the first time.
Awful. Absolutely do not recommend. Chances are you won't have a problem, but if you do you're SOL by terrible customer service.

I mean, if it was a mobo, it would be manufacturing error not user error. I remember I did try to change how much power was being given to the USBs but that didn't fix the issue. I would definitely get that to an RMA or store warranty.

What if it was shipped to South Carolina via Amazon?

Well  as you said it was an MSI mobo, I'm pretty sure that if you have some sort of receipt even email or maybe even an image with date and product shown, you can receive an RMA through MSI. Also, I find it kind of weird because the mobo this happened to me on was the only MSI mobo I have owned, and it is the only mobo it has happened to me on. Oh and the $20 shipping cost is sadly just a part of it, but I mean it's a lot better to have a working mobo instead of a dead one over $20, you probably have at lease a few months to a few years on that warranty if you need time to rack up a few bucks. I may start some kind of poll on here to ask if anyone with an MSI mobo has had this issue, and then report it to MSI.
But if you need to RMA it you can do it here as long as you bought it within 1-3 years, idk what MSI warranty lifetime is.
