Running two 970 Strix on one dual 6+2 cable from Corsair

ShadowMethod77
Go to solution Solved by HM-2,

Some vendors (EVGA springs to mind) recommend that you use single 6+2 cables for GPUs instead of split cables, but I never recall that featuring in any of the Corsair PSU manuals I've read so as above, should be fine.

Will this be stable? Will two cards run off of a split cable like that? I mean, I guess so or they wouldn’t make it. But it just seems sketchyIt’s plugging into a CX750M
