1650 Super or 1660 Super?

Hey, I need some help.

My Pc specs :-   i3 9100f cpu and B365 motherboard with 450 Watts white certified PSU form cooler master, 1080P 60Hz display ( later I'm gonna buy another 1080p display for dual screen )

Mainly use this PC for little photo editing and casual gaming.

I need a new GPU now should I go for 1650 super or 1660 super?

These GPUs will bottleneck? If Yes then which GPU do I need for my PC ?

I need a budget monitor also with 98% or 99% SRGB coverage and 75 Hz any recommendations will be appreciated, Thank you.

From what I’ve seen with monitors, 75hz and color accuracy don’t have any options together.

CPU: Intel core i7-8086K Case: CORSAIR Crystal 570X RGB CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H150i PRO RGB Storage: Samsung 980 Pro - 2TB NVMe SSD PSU: EVGA 1000 GQ, 80+ GOLD 1000W, Semi Modular GPU: MSI Radeon RX 580 GAMING X 8G RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 3200mhz Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z370-E Gaming

Might as well get a 5600 XT for that money.

I think you get what bottleneck means on Gamer PC wrong.

It's CPU that bottleneck GPU. GPU bottlenecking CPU is expected and usually show a balanced system. Not always, but usually.

Anyway, if you are a casual gamer and 1650 Super costs much less than 1660 Super, there's no need to buy a 1660 Super, even being 25% superior.

About bottleneck, 9100F would be a bottleneck for 1660 Super for sure in many games (Warzone, Wildlands, The Division 2, Breakpoint and mostly every modern game), but 1650 Super not much, very rare.
