new selfmade PC won't start despite having power

Hi I just build my pc and everything went fine until I wanted to start up my pc. My keyboard lit up but no sign of life. Ive removed 2 of 4 ram sticks my graphics card(I have an integrated graphics card).

But I can't find the solution. Please help

Cpu : i9700K, Gpu : gigabyte gaming OC RTX2080, super, ram : 4X8 gb corsair vengeance 3200 MGhzrt, case : NZXT H710, Cooler : NZXT kraken x72 3x360mm fans, Motherboard : gigabyte Z390 UD,

Storage : samsung 970 EVOPlus NVME M.2 500GB, power supply : seasonic GC-650 Gold fixed cables

Z390 released WITH the 9th Generation CPUs, so it should support the i7-9700K right out of the box.

Z370 launched with the 8th generation chips...

Check all your power connections going from the PSU to the motherboard.

Make sure the motherboard is PROPERLY mounted into the case, with the case stand-off screws installed correctly.

 

If you are using the iGPU in the i7-9700K, plug your monitor into the back of the motherboard.

Otherwise, plug monitor cable into the back of the Graphics Card.

The PCI-E 6-pin and 8-pin power connectors on the RTX 2080 Super Graphics Card is REQUIRED, NOT OPTIONAL.

The Z390 boards were released back in the beginning of Oct of 2018, and the i7-9700K and i9-9900K were released about ~2 weeks later.

Review samples already reached reviewers starting the end October 2018 ~ beginning of November 2018.

The F7 BIOS came out in March 2019...which is a huge gap from October 2018...who knows.

 

Anyways, unless the motherboard @Chabax received is old stock that has been sitting at the far back end of the shelf in the NewEgg / Amazon warehouse, it should have a newer BIOS pre-flashed from the factory...since he's building the PC in the middle of 2020...

 

We'll have to wait for the OP to update us
