Hi I'm new and just about wondering...I'm planning to build a budget dual rx 560 computer is it worth it and can u recommend me parts if its possible?

No, unless you have a 2080ti or titan V, crossfire/SLI is a bad choice.

As said above no it's not

But if you can afford a 2 560's just get something better lmao like a 580 or a 5500xt
