Will my headphones work in audio interface?

I have recently bought a pair of sennheiser HD 599's, will they be able to plug into an audio interface such as the Native Instruments Komplete Audio 1?

Yes they can plug into that interface though I would suggest the UMC202HD instead due to it having a dedicated headphone amplifier circuit.
