Just remember, you can also leave your 470 card in your system in a second slot. Do not hook up a SLI bridge or enable it. Then, the 670 is your primary card, and the 470 will just sit there and Fold when Idle. :)

The rig i'm using to fold now is my media rig, it's usually on most of the day anyway and it has an Nvidia card (GTX550Ti) So it actually scores more PPD than my Xfire 7770's. Runs a bit hot though. I'm seeing 59c on the cpu and 77c on the gpu.

CPU: INTEL CELERON G550 2.6GHz

RAM: G-skill Ripjawz 1333MHz 2x2GB

M/B: ASUS P8H77-I 1155 Socket

GPU: INNO3D GTX-550Ti 1GB

PSU: Corsair CX-430W 80+

SSD: SSDNOW 200V+ 60GB

CASE: Coolermaster Elite 120

I'm thinking about building a rig with my 550ti. What PPD do you get on that card?

Hard to remember since i sold that rig but it was around 8000 PPD or so, i can't remember exactly.

Ok so I've got several machines running, will probably update with pics tomarrow

Machine 1:

AMD Athlon II x4 605e

Nvidia GTX 560Ti v2 (there are two different models of this card, I have one of the newer ones and 2 of the older)

Nvidia GTX 550Ti

Nvidia GTX 560Ti v1

Machine 2:

AMD Athlon II 610e

Nvidia GTX 560Ti v1

Machine 3:

AMD Athlon II 620

AMD GT 640 (this was from an atemp to have 4 cards in Machine 1 but either the motherboard, psu or graphics cards had somthing wrong with them different every time, so i just gave up having 4 cards in that computer)

Thats all for my Farm although My dad has a 2600k @ 4.0ghz, and I F@H on my 8350 and 5870

Also depending on the time of the year, my dad's 3 servers with xenon's 4c/8t at 3.4ghz

And If i'm lucky running on 2 2p servers 4c/8t each xenon, don't know the speed of these processors or what model

Wow - that's a lot of gear. If you have that folding, I shudder to see your power bill. Mine went up by $75 a month just with a couple of systems. :)

I need to buy more gear

Intel i7 2600k @ stock speeds (which I'll be overclocking when my new cooler arrives)

Nvidia GTX 560ti Factory OC'd to 950MHz

Working to get my old system folding too :)

Welcome - FYI - are your GPU's overclocked? I mention that as folding pretty muchs fails on OC'ed cards and typically need to be set back to stock...
