How do you want to give people internet? WISP? run cables? Resell anouther isps service?

Your gonna want someone that knows a good amount about networking.

 

Can you get a plan from anouther isp, you want a buinessgrade plan. 

 

Can you get customers onboard? Probably a good idea to scope the area.

 

Did you plan splots for antenna? Do you need permits for those spots?

Before even entertaining the idea, do you have significant capital? Do you have the credit history and assets for a business loan? Do you have people lined up to engineer it, support it, etc? Will your area license the spectrum to you?

 

I feel that if you need a step by step list, you're not ready.

  • How do you plan to implement this?
  • Who will assist you with the technical side of research and development?
  • How do you plan to promote and acquire a client base?
• 2. Capital (you may need 100's of thousands of dollars just to get started)
• 3. Investors
• 4. State/County/Country level of government licenses
• 5. Infrastructure
• 6. there are many more steps.

 

I wont tell you cannot do this but you appear to be lacking a few things if you are asking us on how to do this.

I suggest taking some general business classes on this, start putting together your Business Plan all the while finding some technical help. What you are asking is for someone to teach you what it will take a few years of study to accomplish. There is no short cuts here. I say this as it appears you do not have the technical knowledge to pull this off alone.

 

Lastly a wireless ISP is a great deal more complex than a wired one. IMO, I would not pay for a wireless ISP myself as I do not trust wireless security over a hard line. I have a wireless router but it is low power and limited to not broadcast outside my house.
