problems with the video output of the alienware area 51m gaming laptop

I bought an alienware area 51 m gaming laptop two months ago.
My model has an RTX 2060 (1x mini Displayport 1x Hdmi).
I wanted to put on two external monitors. But it only works
one at a time. What can I do about it?

This makes it readable.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
