On most local forums and sites. Seems like our market doesn't really get good SeaGate stock. I'll see with the retailers but so far I'm very hesitant to tell someone whose data is valuable to trust a SeaGate drive.

given seagate is the biggest supplier for OEMs there isn't anything to worry about.

Well, that won't really matter in the event of a data loss. So far I'm seeing overwhelmingly negative feedback about SeaGate products locally. I'm very much skeptical of their market presence in the former Soviet bloc
