Need help on parts list

I am new to pc and need help on a parts list my budget is about $2700(not counting peripherals) that is for mainly gaming and I want it to have wifi and be somewhat portable as I move between two houses every week and to have it be easy to build as I have never built a pc.  I plan on playing newer more demanding games

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Considering you need portability, why not an Asus Zephyrus G15?

The case in this video seems to fit your use case. You could use this as a reference, just swap the 3800X with a 3700X and get a 2080 Super.
