i want to get into gaming, but have no money

I was working at 14, i have employees who are 14, my suggestion would be take a day, walk around to fast food places and sandwich shops, and ask if they need an employee on the weekend, you are limited in how many hours you can work a day in the week depending on state.

That's cool. I was thinking about doing that after the Pandemic, but my parents are advising against it because they don't know how hard the economy will take a hit. Do you have any recommendations for online jobs?

Pandemic.  Lockdown.  He stated that.

Hell, we’re in a lockdown, Jimmy Johns is still open, I’m limited the amount of hours I can let employees work due to slowed business, but we still have open shifts and I shop positions

I stated my physical state, to see if any one else had a similar state and still did the work.

I'm disabled, wheelchair user since I was 12, muscle wasting disease. Still managed to earn, so if I could do that you most definitely can too.

I doubt you’ll find any at 14, they usually look for people with prior experience.

Start dumbster diving. You will be AMAZED at what people threw away. I use to do that, fix systems up and resell them as a kid. I think I made about 3 grand on summer.

Right now is a bad time. But check out office buildings, industrial complexes, drive up and down streets. Back of office buildings.

Be sure to @Pickles von Brine if you want me to see your reply!

I'm not saying that I'm not going to do the work. I was purely asking for ideas, and stated my physical condition to see if there was still an option for me.

Whoa, does that actually work? I've heard about cool dumpster diver finds, but I've never thought of actually doing it.

He just told you he can't go outside.  Then you immediately tell him to go out and walk around shops.

We KNOW places are open, but if he's lockdown for whatever reason he can't quite get a job can he?

Yes, I have. R6 instantly crashes, I don't know if it's an error in the game or if my laptop can't handle it. I tried Overwatch, with everything at the lowest. It crashes frequently. I play R6 on my XBOX fine, but that's once in a blue moon due to the requirement of paying to play.

Are you sure you're not having thermal problems with overwatch? I used to play on an beefier but older laptop (4th gen i7 integrated graphics) and I had some framerate problems but never really crashes.

I've never tried R6 so I can't speak for that-- it may just not play well with integrated graphics.

Legally what is in the trash is free game according to most bylaws.

As I said, there are options for everyone. You're quite a bit spoiled, that laptop of yours is not that terrible, not ancient for sure. You can do some gaming with it. People play with lower specs.

It is safe mostly. Just be careful where you go. I personally always went with a friend. Generally as a helping hand but it is always safer in twos. Let people know what you are doing as well to be safe.

Right now with lockdowns and stuff not sure how legal it would be. But if it is in the trash, it is free game.

Convince/coerce your friends into playing Stardew Valley with you? Whatever you’re posting here on can almost certainly run the game.

My Thermals are fine I think. They don't get too hot when Overwatch does work. The game just randomly crashes. It could just be the game.

Depends on where you live, I had to look for heroin needles and crack pipes, so it was always thick puncture proof gloves and doc martens.

but keep an eye out and don’t try and break into dumpsters

I use to live in Pataskala OH. I would drive out to Columbus Oh and drive around there. Some places if you get on them will be considered tresspassing so keep that in mind.

Also, I started with an IBM T43. What I did was play playstation games on an emulator.

I don't want to sound rude, but if you read the description of the post I clearly stated that I want to play with my friends, who play much more demanding games. Most of them have Acer Predators, or custom builds running 1080ti's and i7's. I know my laptop isn't that bad, and I frequently use it for school work.

have you tried reinstalling the graphics driver? That has solved a lot of crash problems for me.

If not, maybe reinstall the game and/or windows if you get really desperate?

Tried reinstalling the game, but windows works fine. I run most other low end games like the original DOOM, and I also sometimes use the XBOX Console Companion to play games like Forza or HALO when I don't want to use my TV. But, I haven't tried to re install the graphics driver. That might work, thanks.
