M.2 SSD showing up in bios not windows disk management

I bought a 240gb WD Green M.2 SSD and it shows up in the bios but not in windows :(

i was dum enough to throw away the packaging so i can't return it now. i want to use it :(

when i go to initialize it in disk management it simply doesn't show up :(

i tried Windows Memory Diagnostic and it didn't work :(

my pc:

i5 4460

MSI Gaming 3 h97

2x8gb ddr3

AMD RX 5700xt

730 watt thermaltake

There is a program (use carefully!) called "Disk Genius" run that, it'll show all manner of drives on your system.

Report back.

It might be a mis-configuration in the BIOS.

I just went to the drive. deleted all the partitions. and vWALA. it showed up!!!!
