Nice find. Surprised more people dont use ADATA ssd's, they are pretty fast, and have a great $/GB ratio.

Yo do you still think this is worth it? Obviously it isn't as good as the $90 EVO I missed out on but is $120 good for this? Also do you know if it comes with a data migration tool like the EVO does?

I had a 4gb kit of ADATA Ram and that stuff lasted foreverrrrrrrrrr so I'm actually a fan of ADATA but I don't know if SSD prices are going to keep dropping like they have been.

Oh but it IS in Canada. They're just scamming cunts that charge us double the price and ridiculous shipping fees. Same thing with Amazon, I had to buy my Galaxy S4 from Amazon.com instead of Amazon.ca, ship it to my friend in the US, then make him ship it to me because nothing on Amazon.com ships to Canada (they ship like literally across the fucking globe) because we have our own Amazon website which charges a ridiculous amount of money. The Galaxy S4 on Amazon.ca was about $900 including tax, whereas when I ordered it off of Amazon.com, they only charged me $600 tax free. (Sorry this sort of turned into a rant :P)

Without RAPID, it's very similar to the Evo for everyday usage. It should come with Acronis True HD.

Ssd's will drop in price like most new technologies. However, the drop should be quite gradual.

I totally called these exact price drops several months ago. :D

As you know I'm a SSD noob so what is RAPID? And I assume Acronis true HD is the migrating software?

The reason I'm so hesitant on getting one is I don't have a income at the moment and I REALLY need a graphics card but I also REALLY need a SSD. I'd bug someone else but I trust you lol you may not recognize this account but you would recognize my other one, we used to help people in the new builds section constantly.

Yes, it's the migration software. You use the key it comes with to activate the software.

RAPID is used to cache your ssd with your ram.

If you don't have money to blow, you can save some money with a 120GB drive: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A1ZTZOG/?tag=pcpapi-20

Ugh I can't make up my mind, I think I'm just going to sit on the $347 I have. Was trying my hardest to sell the 2.35LTC I have so I could grab a 760 and a 120gb ssd but I can't find anyone buying for a good price :(

I've worked with a few of these--snappy like any other decent modern ssd.

Yeah, I saw this earlier on pcpartpicker, was gonna post but then checked and saw that the 4K random read and write IO, as well as the sequential write speeds were somewhat below average.

I personally haven't been able to tell the difference between the Samsung 840 and SP600 in a blind test regardless.

It's a pretty average ssd http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/SpeedTest/8707/ADATA-SP600
