Do you mean the PSU/Motherboard Tier lists?

 

Basically higher in the tier list = better.

 

The best option though would be to create a thread in the relevant subforum and ask there, people will come and answer!

Muh avatar needs a mini birb or birbs circulating the outer edge of the screen shot.

 

Now I'm asking for help because last time it took me like an hour to modify an LN2 pot Gif with LN2 pouring onto a birb with an ice cream cone. 

However cool and fun it was and have half my desktop full of trial Gifs.... Can someone do this in like 5 minutes and save my old dumb ass some time please??!!!
