Or HD380, which would do just fine, but would suck for games as its closed. 

 

Ya know I was kinda talking about the duct tape on the 990' pros.  -__-

Turning an open headphone into a closed one is not as easy as putting duct tape over it. You'll seriously effect the frequency response, likely in a negative way.

Ok. :unsure: guess i'll just have to get something else if the monitoring sucks. Whats the cheapest monitoring headphone you recommend?

am gonna just try with the dt 990 when i get em and then if its a problem i get something cheap
