To OP, unless your "book" had personally identifiable elements in it, like your names, location, phone numbers or whatever else.... I wouldn't worry about it, it will just be seen as a random "fanfic" online.

 

Was your intent to just post said book, wait a few minutes, delete your account and have the "thrill" that maybe someone saw the book before it got deleted... Except it didn't get deleted because deleting your account doesn't delete the content posted on said account ?

Same thing when you post on facebook then delete it, its not deleted. Its archived and there are bots out there in internetland to roam the internet and archive everything, they are independent. Think internet search bots, they do the exact same thing.
