Received my code this morning and sent an email 20 mins ago and have already received a new pc code!

And this is why their "open" (closed) beta was a bad idea. should have just made it an open download on origin and Live.

They probably didn't want to kill the servers outright. Staggering the invites over the course of the beta will help them manage the loads and see how their servers react to various levels of stress. If it was just open Origin and XBL would have crashed under the load.

It doesn't count if you can't use it.. I was kinda pipped off after I thought "GOD DAMN I GOT SENT A CODE! YEE HA!" and then realised I couldn't use it...

Guys, it's really no big deal, just a small issue they had with distribution. Getting a new code is fairly easy

I got into the beta but I cant play it because it cant find any MP servers.

 

They have been having server issues and are working on it. No new servers can be created by the game due to the bug.

 

Like you, I submitted about an hour ago and got no reply so I resubmitted and got one instantly :/ EA are just messing everything up..... In pure EA style

 

It took them 3-4 hours to get back to me. It really depends on how overloaded with requests they are. Not just for the beta, but in general. It seems like they are prioritizing this specific issue in their queue but that doesn't mean it will always be quick.

people found bugs in a beta... isn t that the whole point of it?
