R7 3700X OC questions

I have a Ryzen 3700x on a MSI Gaming Edge wi-fi with 16GB of ddr4 3000 mhz memory and a Cooler master masterliquid ml240L. When using ryzen master I can get a OC of 4.4 ghz on all cores with 1.3 volt and a max temp of 65C under load. The thing is when i want to go to 4.5ghz the pc crashes and i get different windows blue screen messages, but i do not hit any of the limits on PPT, TDC and EDC. In Ryzen master the max i can get is 4.475 ghz on all cores with EDC on 92%. I am not very experienced in overclocking, but could this be a limit in ryzen master for this specific chip? And if not than what could that be?

Note: with the 4.4 ghz I can play all my games but I cannot run a cinebench r20 test. the r20 software will crash after around 5 seconds of starting the test.

question 1: is ryzen master limited to advertist boost clock?

question 2: can I get higher boost clock on the chip through bios? (not very comfortable changing things in bios yet)

question 3: is it common that cinebench crashes on initialization?

edit: the questions

Unrelated, but did you overclock your memory on this board? was it better/worse/same as when you had previous gen?

Speeds or latency got it to run at 3200 was rated at those speeds but ram was designed for intel it works but was not made specially for ryzen id say the same but got high latency 77ns like before reads writes about the same wish i could change latency modify it but i doubt it...

no I only made sure that my memory is running at the xmp profile of 3000mhz at which it is rated.

I heard that dram speed doesnt have a big impact on performance or atleast not as much in comparison to first and second gen ryzen. what are your settings for your OC in bios?

I will be able to check this in the weekend due to time constrains, but I will let you know when I adjusted my bios.

MSI Gaming Edge

this mobo is in Tier D 100A current draw on little ambient airflow, maxed out 1800X and 3800X, a tad more than maxed out 2600X, maxed out 2700X in ambient cooling (Cinebench R15).

The 3700x will draw 130w+ at 1.3V and the motherboard is simply not capable of providing that power

That should be right if you look at that chart yes those setting were for my board but all of ya knew that.
