Advice pls. Looking for a full tower case with 3 front access bays and room for 4 3.5" drives

Hi,

I'm in the UK and looking for a case that has decent cooling for a Ryzen 3900x as well as 3 front access bays and room for 4 3.5" physical hard drives.

The closest I have found so far is the Corsair CC-9011078-WW Obsidian Series 750D Airflow - as here on Amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CC-9011078-WW-Obsidian-Windowed-Performance/dp/B00YJJBFIO/ref=sr_1_16?keywords=pc+corsair+case&qid=1580769833&sr=8-16

I like this as the fans would not be obstructed by the hard drives too much and it has room for a system ssd, again without obstructing the front fans.

However its a bit more than I want to pay for a case, I was looking for around £70-80. Corsair make a cheaper case at £55 the Corsair CC-9011023-WW Carbide Series 200R Compact (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CC-9011023-WW-Carbide-Performance-Computer/dp/B009GXZ8MM/ref=sr_1_33?keywords=pc+corsair+case&qid=1580770606&sr=8-33)  .Though here the front fan might as well not exist ( I guess you use side fans and exhaust through the top?) and I have no idea how the drives are supposed to be attached.

So has anyone come across something in between these? Doesn't have to be Corsair, though the 750D's drive layout seems to make sense, rather than piling them all at the front and obstructing the fans like so many others.

Thanks in advance.

I don't have any specific recommendations, but here's a filtered list for your requirements:

I'd suggest finding a store that has a good parametric search, to specify 3 or more 5.25" external bays and go from there.

Once you select the models, you can search for those models on pcpartpicker with the UK selected, or go at major UK sellers to see if they stock them.

For example here's Power search result on newegg.com , with 3 or more EXTERNAL 5.25" bays and 4 or more 3.5" bays : https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?Submit=Property&Subcategory=7&N=100007583 600030546 600030552 600030547 600030553 600030549 600030561 600030562 600030563 600030564&IsPowerSearch=1

Note that it's kind of silly to use such filter, because for example, you may have a case with 5-6 x 5.25" bays (not necessarily ALL external, could be 3 accessible from outside and rest on the insides), and you can use a cheap adapter to convert 2 x 5.25" bays into 2-3 x 3.5" drive slots.. so such cases would work even if they don't have 4 x 3.5" bays

So once you pick the models you like from the link above, maybe you'd consider dropping the "minimum 4 x 3.5" " filter and go through the options again
