Depends what you are using the pc for ? Ryzen is usually a more sensible option.

What's your budget and where are you located at?

What will you be doing with this pc? Gaming? Streaming? Video editing?

I personally don’t think you need 32GB of ram. As you are only gaming and doing light editing 32GB of ram is super Overkill for this build. Go with 16 and use the funds for something else like more storage or something. Even More RGB ?

This seems like a pretty good hardware configuration, although I would suggest upgrading to having more SSD storage and would recommend changing the power supply to the Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 850watt unit to get a bit more wattage for potential future upgrades.

It's sounds more like a kid making a "best build ever" than one who's serious/ considering buying.

I would ask what's your budget and what monitors do you plan to have

I'd suggest going for a Ryzen 3900x or 3950x along with a x570 board.

If you're an Intel fan the 9900k is fine but you pay too much for it.

As for 2080ti super again, it's a bit overkill, do you really need such a powerful card? The plain rtx 2080 super would probably work just as well for you, and depending on your budget you could shift the money to get better monitors for example.

I'd say don't go with 4 x 8 GB sticks. Yes, 16 GB would be enough, but you're throwing money on this build so go with 32... but buy 2 x 16 GB sticks. For Intel, the frequency isn't that important, AMD likes higher frequencies.

I'd suggest going with 2 x 16 GB 3600 Mhz sticks.

Ram is pretty cheap at the minute. You can get 32GB for just over £110. Most games won't need it, but there are ones like Cities Skylines that can eat Ram when you have a large city population and lots of mods installed.
