You don't need a 750w PSU, I'm running a 5600x and a 6700 XT on a 600w comfortably. Other than that the parts list looks pretty decent for gaming.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

Have you looked into shipping costs? its cheaper usually to buy from one provider. that's gonna balloon to 1300 most likely. get the free prime trial to save a ton of shipping costs and buy from there.

SSD prices have gone nuts lately but id recommend a DRAM SSD as they are plain better and would last you ages as they are more reliable.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B27_j9NDPU3cNlj2HKcrfpJKHkOf-Oi1DbuuQva2gT4/edit#gid=0

Build looks solid but you don't need a new cooler, AMD coolers are sufficient unless you live 30 degrees all day. I cant even get my 5600g to 70 lol and I max it out.

Swapped board to a Gigabyte D3HP, not sure the budget Asrock boards have good VRM

Saved a bit on the PSU, and replaced the 6750XT by a 7700XT, it's still slightly overbudget tho...

They said the same 3 years ago for 500w, now look at us at over 400w just for a GPU. he needs that 750w for headroom, I would go for 800 just incase the rtx 5000 series is gonna run at 300w base.

Personally I'd take Asrock over Gigabyte every day. Generally Asrock's Pro4 series boards have good VRMs, the B350-Pro4 was the best budget AM4 motherboard for quite a while.

OP doesn't talk about wanting to upgrade to a 5000 series Nvidia GPU so I don't think saying he should get a bigger PSU for 5000 series makes much sense for OP.

bruh if he wants to upgrade down the line in like 2 years he wont be able to, because every GPU is a gas guzzler currently with no sign of change.

yeah I have looked into it before but it would always end up being more expensive here in NL
SSD I def want a SSD with DRAM but I believe the Crucial p3 Plus has that
if there are like other ones with dram out there that are cheaper id make the swap any second

I dont see myself upgrading this if I buy it in the next 2 years (besides extra storage if needed)
but to be safe if I change my mind later I put a 750w one
not sure though if I will get a 650w or 750w one

So ive tried updated my list a bit and this is what I have right now: https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/WPYsN6
I manually changed the price of the memory cause I found the same kit but 6000 CL30 for 99.90 (just doesnt show in pcpartpicker for some reason): https://www.megekko.nl/product/0/1087682/Lexar-DDR5-Ares-RGB-2x16GB-6000?r=tweakers.net&utm_source=tweakers.net&utm_medium=cpc
For storage id love to get some recommendations (with dram and either 1 or 2TB)
GPU is still the same, although since today I saw a 7700xt available for 395 euros (although its a 2 fan model): https://nl.nbb.com/nl/p/acer-nitro-amd-radeon-rx-7700-xt-oc-12gb-gddr6-1x-hdmi-3x-dp/a1039899?nbbct=4111
Power supply I found a cheaper 750w one for 89 euros (B tier on the PSU Cultist tier list). Although I also found a 850w one for 99 euros (A tier rated on the PSU Cultist tier list) which I dont know if its worth it. Love to get some advice on that as well https://www.megekko.nl/product/0/305727/Fractal-Design-ION-Gold-850W?r=tweakers.net&utm_source=tweakers.net&utm_medium=cpc

There is no point me arguing. OP is on a budget CURRENTLY, that's why we will spend money on what OP CURRENTLY needs, not your assumptions. What if OP doesn't even want to upgrade down the line? Then what. Also OP can just sell the old PSU.
