I wanna learn how to make android apps, where do i start?

In school i had some Pascal classes, it aught me the basics like variables, functions, loops etc, and did some basic programs with it, the most complex thing i did was a pong game. 

 

I know i'll have to learn a new language (i watched some basic Java videos), but i still don't know what i need to make an app for android.

YouTube is really your best bet (and friend). Start searching up tutorials and probably things you would like to create as well.

Well Android apps use XML files, and Java, so I'd saying learning Java would be a good start.
