Am I being bottled necked?

Is my PC being bottled necked I have bought a new 2070 super to upgrade from my gtx 1050ti I got a 750W power supply. I have used DDU to delete old drivers and it still runs like a 1050ti. My specs are CPU
    AMD FX-6300 
    Vishera 32nm Technology

RAM
    8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 573MHz (7-7-7-20)

Motherboard
    ASRock 970A-G/3.1 (CPUSocket)

GPU

4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (Gigabyte)

Storage
    931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 (SATA )

If any of you have anything that can help me I would greatly appreciate it thanks

Ok should I upgrade my cpu and motherboard? I know the cpu needs a upgrade but to what will work good with my rig

Yes, any higher than a mid-tier GTX card will be a bottleneck on an FX-6300. I used to own an FX-9590 PC personally, that would bottleneck at and above a GTX 1080 (a 2070 super is about 25% faster, and 25% more of a bottleneck than a GTX 1080)

I put my specs in https://pc-builds.com/calculator/ and I got a few recommended options Core i7-8700K, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, AMD FX-9590 Eight-Core, AMD Ryzen 7 1700X, and AMD Ryzen 7 1800X . Would I need to also upgrade my motherboard for any and if so what motherboard and cpu should I get for my rig thanks for your help.

R5 2600 would do great as well if found cheap might be worth it.
