Why is my PC so loud?

It's just that we can't really give you any concrete advice if you don't provide us enough information. Sure, it sounded kinda loud in the playback, sounded like fans spinning at high RPM, but there can be few reasons for that

Need more info, like what specs has your PC got? the sound I heard could be fan noise from any number of things, also could be coil whine I heard too. And was this sound when the PC was running at load? if so it's not that unusual for the fan sound, but the possible coil whine I think I heard could just be another fan running at full tilt, and not a good quality one.

Forum etiquette. 

If you want help with an issue, people shouldn't have to chase you for details and click to another page. 

Your system specs also do not say what case or PSU you're using, or what fans you have. 

 

I can hear coil whine which is potentially coming from your PSU which you have no idea what it is. 

But mostly can hear fan noise, which could depend on the fan brand, how fast theyre spinning, etc..but we have no idea what case/fans you're using. 

 

Those older 2nd Gen Core series do produce a fair amount of heat. Make sure speedstep is enabled in the BIOS.

As for the fans, if theyre PWM (4 pin fans) then use Easy Tune to turn them down. If theyre DC (3 pin fans), you could try Speedfan to turn them down, otherwise you'll need low noise adapters to lower the voltage.
