I am going to tokyo tommorow, where can i buy an nvidia rtx graphics card in tokyo? My parents will give me money everytime we go travelling so i decided to upgrade my pc.

Hi, I'm not from Japan, but if I remember correctly, the hardware there is really expensive compared to other countries.

there's a couple pc shops that are pretty reasonable near central tokyo

 

if you can though, get an AMD card. no RTX but quite a bit faster in games.

 

rtx 2060 - rx 5700

rtx 2060 super - rx 5700 xt

rtx 2070 super - rx 5700 xt

rtx 2080 super/2080 ti - you have no other choice

But where in tokyo tho , like akihabara? I only stay in tokyo for a day then i go to sapporo , i highly doubt there will be any gpus in hokkaido

Basically the best used hardware district in japan, is likewise in the part of tokyo best known for maid cafe's and otaku stuff.  This video series is a 4 parter iirc, this is where he found the best deals in all of Japan... Akihabara basically is where you wanna go

probably Akihabara but you're wayyy better buying those cards from Amazon, even if you have to ship it from the US, computer hardware in Asia is equally expensive regardless of where you buy it from

 

and if the cost + shipping and tax is more expensive, it's better to buy locally even with that rip-off price, at least you can still get warranty and support out for it
