FloatPlane went to Beta and I can't watch videos now

Does anyone else have trouble loading any videos on floatplane?

 

im trying since hours and nothing is loading at all while my internet connection is working fine for everything else.

not sure i think they may be doing some updates but my subscription to ltt is gone, I can't view any invoices, and I can't watch any videos.

I got online to check it out and while it does feel slow/sluggish it is still functioning.

 

Might be a server thing, so just be patient for now.

They either underestimated the amount of traffic they'll get, or there's some unscheduled maintenance.

Is it just me or is float plane gotten bad in the last 2 days.  Every time I click on a video it takes forever to play or just doesn't.  I've got a great internet connection but I think their system might be overloaded.

I am not able to log in (LTT Forum sign in) anymore

 

No cookies no history no browser changing 

Nothing

 

 

(I miss Floatplane on the forum )

Yep, me either, connection 100/100 but still on spinning circle for eternity, now it even started logging me off and not accepting my credentials, im like uber mad ‘cus i’d love some floatplane ?

My account just up and disappeared. I even tried resetting my password and it says "The email address you provided is not associated with an account."

My original post (predates finding the above tweet:

I just wish they had a Twitter update or something so we had some communication of them telling us what's going on or at least confirming that they are aware and to "sit tight".  But it seems to be all radio silence, I checked the twitters of LTT, Luke, LMG, Floatplane, etc but nothing about these issues.

 

I'm surprised they don't use the Floatplane Media twitter for this, or even could do a dedicated one like @FloatplaneStatus , looks like it's not taken.

Is there any news when they gonna release iOS app ?? Few months ago they talked about it and that’s it, no more info since than

Sorry about the outages today... Getting totally hugged to death... 

 

As for the ios app, they keep rejecting it. The latest issue is that we don't have sign-in with Apple.

Apple really does like to go out of their way to spite any goodwill with y'all.  And even after you were nice to them about fixing the 16" MacBook Pro 2019.  It's almost like they take pleasure in dumping on you for not being one of their sheep.  ?
