Dual reservoir mount 3D-print

Hey guys! I am planning to mount two reservoirs onto a radiator and I am planning to have something like this 3D printed:

I haven't found anything similar in existing databases and I lack the skill and the software to make a 3d-model myself.
Maybe one of you knows of something or can help me where to look!
