Are ads on the forum hand picked by LTT or are they provided through an external service?

 

I've just had an ad for PIA on the forum after Linus had publicly stated they were suspending their campaign

They don't use a service like Google Ads here anymore, so I assume all ads here are handpicked (which is also why I assume other sponsors like Displayed showed up here and of course LTX ads).
