Should i buy a rtx 2060 in japan?

So i just finished building my pc and my graphic card is 1080 . I really want to try the ray tracing feature on withcher 3 and should i get an rtx especially that i am going to japan this december (i am from indonesia)

No, for good experience atm the 2070S is the minimal. Besides that's not a feature of the witcher 3, but a mod.

The witcher 3 ray tracing mod doesn't require RTX looks like

 

just lower your settings a bit at like 1080p or something.

Really wouldn't worry about ray tracing in general though, just hold onto your 1080 until at least the like 3080 super with a 4k display.

If your display is only 1080p that GPU will be good for a while.

try buying one in the US, it's cheaper
