Watch Dogs

The Division

The Last Of Us

Not so much walking around, but Microsoft Flight Simulator.

There's also a number of minecraft servers that re-create cities.

Intel 11700K - Gigabyte 3080 Ti- Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Pro - Sabrent Rocket NVME - Corsair 16GB DDR4

So you're wanting games that are very close to real life situations?

The GTA series, while not being simulator quality, has made a habit of being heavily based on real life locations, including lengthy and thorough artist and world designer trips to the locations in question.

Other than those, the only "games" I can think of that are very close or near perfect to actual places would be flight simulators. With heavy modding the previous generation of simulators can come pretty close for major cities. DCS Worlds NTTR map is extremely accurate, and Microsofts upcoming Flight Simulator promises and has been demoed using (Either Bing or Googles) mapping services to build an all encompassing and very accurate world.

ENCRYPTION IS NOT A CRIME

So like a “sims” style mmo?  Not sure there would be a point.  Just go outside.  There are civil aviation flight simulators and driving simulators.  Lots of em even.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

I can do you one better. How about a game where you can actually walk around in a real city? It's called Pokemon GO. ?

In addition to what has already been mentioned, I'd throw out:

The Division

Sleeping Dogs

Assassins Creed series

Fallout 3, New Vegas, and 4 might apply to a much more limited extent.

The Getaway

True Crime games

The Mafia series

Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed (don't judge me lol)

Obviously, none of these are going to be fully accurate recreations. Liberties were taken.

Double win for Pokémon go! Lol

moving legs and walking outside.

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.
