 First off this is a perfectly fine build. But there are some small things you might want to rethink if you want. (1) The Barracuda 500GB should be a 250GB ssd, to use as a boot drive. (2) Also the Wired Network adapter is only If you need the Gigabit Ethernet as a card as the Mobo probably has it.

mobo = motherboard

 

The motherboard (Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO ATX AM4) has ethernet and sound included, so you don't need to buy that separately.

• CPU: R5 3600, pretty much on par with an i7 8700K. Stock cooler should be fine if you don't wanna spring for an aftermarket one for better temps and thus a better boost. 
• Motherboard: one of the best value boards for Ryzen 3000 series chips, not much else to say. Has built in audo and ethernet so you don't need the PCIe add-in cards. 
• RAM: 16GB 3200Mhz CL14. High speed/low latency RAM is important for Ryzen, 3200Mhz CL14 or 3600Mhz CL16 is the best stuff, in this case the 3200Mhz stuff was 10 GBP cheaper
• Storage: 512GB NVMe SSD, basically a 970 Evo for much cheaper, along with a 2TB HDD for games
• GPU: The best 5700XT out there, alongside the Sapphire Nitro+ and PowerColor Red Devil. I picked this because it was slightly cheaper and from the same company as the mobo, better compatibility with any of their custom software for RGB and such. 
• Case: Meshify C, bit more expensive than the one you picked, but an amazing case. Very, very well built and layed out, masses of airflow for great cooling. My main rig runs in a Meshify C Mini, exact same case as this but slightly smaller, tis a damn good PC box. 
• PSU: TXM Gold because they're just really really good and actually cheaper than some CXM units. 
• OS: grab an OEM key for a few bucks off eBay
• Monitor: didn't change this, it's a solid option with what looks like a good stand, and a VA panel (better colors than TN, less potential for weird glow and such like IPS)

 

If you wanted to bring it back to the same budget, you could drop to an RX 5700 and add in a solid CPU cooler:

thanks for the info, however, i am trying to make the cheapest but middle to high end pc i can to use for gaming. the reason for making it cheap is i get £20 a month from my mother. I am a fifteen year old kid with narcolepsy cataplexy asthma Aspergers and depression and i have found that gaming takes mind of it all. I a determined to make it by the end of yr 11 (British education) which for me is basically 2yrs away. so £20 a month with no way of ever being able to drive to a job nor drink with friends is hard to make a pc from.

Oof yeah, gaming is quite a nice escape, but having to budget that hard for ages is pretty tough. What all games do you want to play? You can actually go waaaaaaay cheaper if you only need 1080p60fps, and even cheaper if you're willing to buy used (depending on market, IDK the UK used market though, just the US one).

I wish to be able to play, ARK, Rust, Minecraft, Subnautica. However, i wish tone able to play them like medium to high standards. As much as I wish to be able trust everyone equal, some sellers have scammed me + I also wish to have the new part warranty and feeling of knowing its new.

Yeah, new stuff is really reassuring. On that game list, ARK and Rust are the main problem ones. Both aren't optimized very well, even on very expensive systems they often run terribly. Minecraft and Subnautica and other more standard games should be quite easy to push with this though:

R5 1600 is really darn cheap and still solid, running the RAM at 2933Mhz (Zen really doesn't like anything above that unless it's very specific kits) will give you a good performance boost, and the R5 1600 stock cooler is actually really, really good. Solid motherboard, 16GB RAM, cheapest non-sketch SSD I know of ( @Fasauceome may know of other options) for boot, a 1TB drive for games. RX 570 8GB, I had a 4GB and it ran most games at 1080p high/ultra with no issues, should do medium fine in really hard to run games. 8GB version gives you another whole 4GB VRAM so you can run ultra textures in VRAM hungry games (usually doesn't impact fps much, mostly hurts VRAM but higher textures look much nicer, very few games can even use over 8GB so it's plenty). Cheapest decent case, though @TVwazhere may be able to suggest more around that price point. And the only PSU cheaper than the TXM that I'd trust is a CXM, but it's only a few bucks so getting the better PSU is a good choice, gives you more room to upgrade. Total comes to just under 500 quid, you can use Windows 10 without a license, or buy one off eBay or a reputable key site for pretty cheap.

Uh, what? You're not building for 2 years?
Then this is pointless. Make the list when you're ready to build; this pricing and part selection will have absolutely no relevance to you when it comes time to build.
