opinionoutpost and tremor games(well tremor gets you games for free not actual currency). Both sites makes you activity do stuff like watch videos or a survey etc, make an email which is there for all of the spam and bullshit that comes.

Maybe age is a factor, usually if you are under age, your high school also has to approve a work permit.

Gotta say, that's not good parenting at all. At this age, parents should actually encourage their kids to get a job. It doesn't matter if it's McDonalds or whatever. It's not about the money, it's about getting a taste of the real world.
